We planned to deep fry the Christmas Turkey but having never used a deep fryer before, my sister&#8217;s neighbor got the oil too hot &#8211; flash fire hot!  We threw the   lid on the fryer and grabbed the fire extinguisher.  Tyrone grabbed his camera but only after the real &#8216;magic&#8217; was over.<\/p>\n<p>What fun!  Which by the way, I can only say because we didn&#8217;t burn down the place!
